Designer Skin is firmly committed to combating diversion in order to protect salons, consumers,
as well as the integrity of our positioning in the marketplace. It is an enormous, ongoing effort. 
We employ a local law firm to litigate on our behalf in this matter as well as employ a full time,
in-house employee whose primary function is to combat diversion.  We are battling diversion at
every level…whether it is distributor, salon, beauty, internet sites or
eBay…anywhere diverted product is being sold.
